Tidy Thoughts
Articles, tips and inspiration all about attainable minimalism for moms and families.
Since the one-minute "rule" is works well for momentum, the one load "rule" is another good one that can help you stay on top of your laundry and avoid a giant pile of un-folded clothes in a basket for a week (it still happens for me, don't worry - ha!). I hate laundry (well, folding really), but this makes it a little easier in small increments. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of times where I've washed a forgotten load for the second(+) time. As I minimize, I find that loads are smaller, folding takes less time and the laundry "scene" over here is generally a bit more manageable. Do I like doing it though? No, thanks. Think you don't have laundry to do that day? Think again.
